Two disciplines, one standard.
We work on yachts berthed across Mallorca, Hamburg and Sylt, and on private aircraft hangared at Son Sant Joan (LEPA), Hamburg (HAM) and Sylt (GWT). Every job starts with a walk-around, every job ends with a hand-off in daylight.

Four steps, no surprises.
From the first phone call to the final hand-off, the process is short, written, and on the calendar. We agree the scope in person and we hand the work back in daylight.

We meet you at the slip or apron, look at every surface, and agree the scope in person.

Schedule + quote
Written scope, fixed price, fixed window. You get the quote before we lift a cloth.

Hand-off
Work is checked in daylight with the captain or operator. No surprises, no leftovers.

Two of us. Started in 2026.
Blackline is a new outfit. Oliver Bauch and Georgi Dimitrov started it in 2026 to do hand detailing on a small client list at a time — between Neumünster, Hamburg and Sylt in the north and Palma de Mallorca in the south.
We work surface by surface, by hand. No power-buffers near brightwork. No machine compounds on bare metal. We pick compounds, pads, cloths and lighting per surface, never a one-size process.
Because we are starting out, we keep our list short on purpose. We would rather finish one boat properly than rush four. If we don't fit your schedule, we will say so on the first call.

A first call usually lasts five to ten minutes. We talk through what you need before the next departure, your schedule, and whether it makes sense for us to come over for a walk-around. If yes, we arrange the visit from there.
